$1250 life fitness x3 2006 model with advance console and heart rate monitor

i was wondering whats the best outta these? im leaning towards the newer x3 with heart rate monitor. I want upper body but does it really matter much? the precor doesn't seem to have it. Thanks

LifeFitness and Precor both make exercise equipment for commercial use and to me that's a plus, it means they know how to make a machine that can stand up to continuous use. I personally own the lifefitness x1 elliptical which is their base model. It has held up well for over 3 years of everyday use and never need any repairs.
